Why you should follow this program

When you're faced with personal ineffectiveness or lagging organizational performance, it can seem like a daunting task to turn things around. But the right mindset will make all the difference in helping you turn things around.

Studies by McKinsey & Company suggest that "failure to recognize and shift mindsets can stall the change efforts of an entire organization." If you focus only on your needs and what you want or defer to self-protective behaviors such as finding excuses, blaming others,... you are demonstrating an inward mindset. But to effectively work with others, you need to understand their needs and how you can collectively achieve your goals. With an outward mindset, you are focused on working out scenarios that fulfil the needs of both yourself and others.

Foster Accountability and Productivity

Uncover the power of accountability in our program as you learn to identify and transform unproductive relationship dynamics. Through insights inspired by Transactional Analysis, delve into the nuances of the Parent-Adult-Child dynamic. This skill not only enhances your personal growth but also positively impacts the productivity of your collaborative efforts.

Break Silos and Enhance Collaboration

Immerse yourself in breaking down silos by gaining a profound understanding of stakeholders' needs, challenges, and objectives. Utilize tools such as the 7-minute check-in, CPR questions, and strategic networking to foster open communication.

Achieve Balance with an Outward Mindset

Strive for equilibrium as you discover the optimal balance between inward and outward mindsets. Informed by Adam Grant's concepts of Giver, Taker, Matcher, our program guides you in changing your mindset, helping wisely, and effectively tracking your impact. This program not only benefits your professional interactions but also nurtures personal growth through a harmonious mindset.

Our program fosters a culture of collaboration and mutual understanding, promoting a transformative approach to personal and professional relationships. Experience the profound impact of mindset transformation as it becomes the catalyst for your success and fulfillment.

Meet your trainer

At the kickstart of your 3-6 week skills development program, you will follow a webinar delivered by Sarah Cherif, founder and CEO of SkillsGym. Here are a few things you might like to know about her:

Sarah's background

Sarah began her career at the University of Ghent with degrees in child education and philosophy, quickly realizing her passion for teaching. Faced with the challenge of helping seasoned leaders develop soft skills without any prior corporate experience, she turned this disadvantage into a strength by creating evidence-based, sure-proof plans to build strong soft skills through habit formation and impactful conversations.

Personal life

Sarah's roots are Belgian and Tunesian, and she partially grew up in Washington DC. She currently lives in Belgium with her partner Nils (who is co-founder of SkillsGym Health), and has a dog named Lizzy.

20+ years of impact

Together with her SkillsGym team, Sarah has helped numerous world-class organizations like Samsung, Deloitte, Ikea... and thousands of managers and their teams improve their soft skills. SkillsGym now offers programs to accelerate the mastery of 50 essential leadership, team and well-being skills.

Fun fact

Sarah tests all the habits and conversations in the SkillsGym offer herself; that's more than 200+ habits and 200+ conversations. Most of them have become second nature. Yet, as you'll learn in the webinars, she isn't shy to talk about the failures and frustrations along the way.
