We believe well-being is a richly textured concept and needs a holistic approach. A yoga class with miserable people or a restrictive diet isn't going to make you feel great. Luckily, well-being isn't reserved for the happy few living in 'blue zones' (places on earth with the highest concentration of 100-year-olds) like Okinawa. Lifestyle medicine (the field of medical research that focuses on preventing and reversing disease) offers us new insights in how building small habits around 6 pillars (we don't cover the pillar tobacco and alcohol in our programs), can make us all feel energized, productive and happy.
