Why you should follow this program

Time is the one thing we cannot buy. Learn how to gain 30% more time by applying the most effective evidence-based habits from productivity methods like the Getting Things Done method. More than 90% of people experience regular anxiety caused by a lack of control, organization, preparation, or targeted action. This feeling of overwhelm is multiplied by the exponential number of messages, meetings, interactions, etc. that we encounter daily. Good time management enables you to work smarter - not harder - so that you get more done in less time, even when time is tight and pressures are high.

Unlock your efficiency

Discover 1-3 tailored habits that are perfect for you to get and stay organized. Inspired by the powerful Getting Things Done (GTD) method and David Allen's wisdom, these habits will empower you to boost your efficiency, so you can enjoy more stress-free and productive days.

Sharpen your focus

Imagine having daily 5-minute "zoom-in" and "zoom-out" moments designed just for you. These moments, following GTD principles, will help you maintain laser focus on your immediate tasks while ensuring you're always in sync with your long-term goals and priorities. It's your personalized key to sustained progress.

Master your task management

Take charge of your to-do list, incoming requests, thoughts, and issues. Learn how to develop customized systems that suit your needs for capturing and managing tasks, whether they're your own or delegated. This is your pathway to staying organized, in control, and exceptionally productive.

Embrace GTD expertise

Your program draws inspiration from the world-renowned GTD methodology by David Allen. It's your unique opportunity to personally connect with this esteemed approach, gaining insights and practical techniques to conquer time management and personal organization. Tap into this proven system to enhance your life.

Meet your trainer

At the kickstart of your 3-6 week skills development program, you will follow a webinar delivered by Sarah Cherif, founder and CEO of SkillsGym. Here are a few things you might like to know about her:

Sarah's background

Sarah began her career at the University of Ghent with degrees in child education and philosophy, quickly realizing her passion for teaching. Faced with the challenge of helping seasoned leaders develop soft skills without any prior corporate experience, she turned this disadvantage into a strength by creating evidence-based, sure-proof plans to build strong soft skills through habit formation and impactful conversations.

Personal life

Sarah's roots are Belgian and Tunesian, and she partially grew up in Washington DC. She currently lives in Belgium with her partner Nils (who is co-founder of SkillsGym Health), and has a dog named Lizzy.

20+ years of impact

Together with her SkillsGym team, Sarah has helped numerous world-class organizations like Samsung, Deloitte, Ikea... and thousands of managers and their teams improve their soft skills. SkillsGym now offers programs to accelerate the mastery of 50 essential leadership, team and well-being skills.

Fun fact

Sarah tests all the habits and conversations in the SkillsGym offer herself; that's more than 200+ habits and 200+ conversations. Most of them have become second nature. Yet, as you'll learn in the webinars, she isn't shy to talk about the failures and frustrations along the way.
