Why you should follow this program

Do you feel like it's safe for you to give honest feedback to your peers, manager, and executives in your organization? Does feedback happen naturally, and does it flow freely as part of business as usual, or does it have a way of blindsiding you or smacking you in the face?
We all know that this is easier said than done. And the truth is that most people have never truly experienced what an effective feedback culture feels like. It takes time for feedback cultures to grow and develop, and counter-intuitively, the best way to build one is not by focusing on giving feedback. In this session, we will explore the Feedback scale that focuses on building the foundation for a healthy feedback culture. And spoiler alert, there are easier and more effective habits than 'giving feedback' for creating a feedback culture.

Unlock your team's feedback potential

Discover where you and your team currently stand in the realm of giving feedback. Through our program, you'll gain invaluable insights into your feedback skills, focusing on micro-skills like appreciation, feedforward, asking good questions, emotional replay, and retrospectives. Unleash your untapped potential by mastering these foundational elements, paving the way for more constructive interactions and personal growth.

Revamp your feedback process

Take control of your business's feedback loops. By identifying areas with the most room for improvement in your feedback process and applying principles like the PDCA cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act) and Deming Cycle, you'll systematically enhance your organization's feedback mechanisms. This program empowers you to brainstorm creative solutions, ensuring your feedback processes become more efficient, effective, and impactful.

Tailor feedback for maximum impact

Everyone receives feedback differently, and recognizing individual preferences is crucial. Our program delves into the world of personality styles, communication styles, and meta-communication, equipping you with the knowledge and skills to customize your feedback approach. By aligning your feedback with what the receiver prefers, you'll increase the likelihood of your feedback being well-received and actionable, fostering stronger professional relationships and growth opportunities.

Elevate your communication game

Elevate your communication skills to new heights by joining our program. Not only will you become a feedback maestro, but you'll also gain a deeper understanding of your own strengths and areas for improvement. These skills are not just for the workplace; they'll have a profound impact on your personal life as well. Start your journey towards becoming a more effective communicator and leader today.

Meet your trainer

At the kickstart of your 3-6 week skills development program, you will follow a webinar delivered by Sarah Cherif, founder and CEO of SkillsGym. Here are a few things you might like to know about her:

Sarah's background

Sarah began her career at the University of Ghent with degrees in child education and philosophy, quickly realizing her passion for teaching. Faced with the challenge of helping seasoned leaders develop soft skills without any prior corporate experience, she turned this disadvantage into a strength by creating evidence-based, sure-proof plans to build strong soft skills through habit formation and impactful conversations.

Personal life

Sarah's roots are Belgian and Tunesian, and she partially grew up in Washington DC. She currently lives in Belgium with her partner Nils (who is co-founder of SkillsGym Health), and has a dog named Lizzy.

20+ years of impact

Together with her SkillsGym team, Sarah has helped numerous world-class organizations like Samsung, Deloitte, Ikea... and thousands of managers and their teams improve their soft skills. SkillsGym now offers programs to accelerate the mastery of 50 essential leadership, team and well-being skills.

Fun fact

Sarah tests all the habits and conversations in the SkillsGym offer herself; that's more than 200+ habits and 200+ conversations. Most of them have become second nature. Yet, as you'll learn in the webinars, she isn't shy to talk about the failures and frustrations along the way.
