Coaching is a powerful way to help people make positive changes in their lives, but it's not always easy to do. As a coach, you want to ask questions that will help your coachee reach their goals. Unfortunately, as we all know, it's human nature to get stuck in a less powerful questioning mode.

You'll see in this program that the level on which the answer lies often isn't the level on which the first questions that come to mind lie. So in a coaching conversation, it's important to be aware of the different types of questions and the different levels on which these questions can be asked so you can skillfully choose the best questions for whatever situation arises.
