Working from home can be hard.
You might think, "I've been working from home for years now, so I'm good at it."
But, like with everything, experience alone does not equal excellence. Excellence comes through intention, reflection, experimentation, and constantly tweaking what we're doing so, we keep improving. 
And that's where this program comes in! Working from home definitely doesn't have to come in second place to work at the office. We can thrive in our jobs working from home—but only if we intentionally navigate the challenges and create the conditions for success. In this program, we will consider all the basics; work setups, self-care, teamwork, staying connected and workplace beliefs.
