Why you should follow this program

The world is changing. The way we work is changing. And while the future is uncertain, one thing is clear: we need to change how we do business. Only 7 percent of Fortune 500 CEOs believe their companies should “mainly focus on making profits and not be distracted by social goals."

To psychologists, the purpose is an abiding intention to achieve a long-term goal that is both personally meaningful and makes a positive mark on the world. The goals that foster a sense of purpose can change other people's lives, like launching an organization, researching a disease, or teaching kids to read.
Our sense of purpose will change over our lifetime. Like happiness, the purpose is not a destination but a journey and a practice. That means it’s accessible at any age if we’re willing to explore what matters to us and what kind of person we want to be—and act to become that person.

Discover Your Life's Meaning Through Ikigai

Have you ever felt like you're wandering through life without a clear sense of direction? In this program, we explore the profound Japanese concept of Ikigai, guiding you to uncover your purpose by exploring what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. By understanding and applying Ikigai, you'll gain clarity and direction, leading to a more fulfilling and meaningful life journey.

Transform Regrets into Opportunities for Growth

Regrets can weigh heavily on our minds, but what if I told you they could be powerful catalysts for finding your purpose? In this training, we'll guide you through a process of introspection where you'll reflect on your regrets and glean valuable lessons from them. By embracing your past experiences, both positive and negative, you'll uncover insights that can guide you towards a purpose-driven life filled with passion and authenticity.

Harmonize Your Personal Purpose with Organizational Goals

Do you ever feel disconnected from your work, like you're just going through the motions without a sense of alignment with your organization's mission? Our program emphasizes the importance of aligning your personal purpose with your organization's vision. By gaining a deeper understanding of your company's Why, What, and How, you'll integrate your own values and goals with those of your organization. This alignment not only fosters a greater sense of fulfillment at work but also enhances your overall contribution to the company's success.

Empower Yourself to Lead a Purpose-Driven Life

Imagine waking up each morning with a sense of excitement and purpose, knowing that you're living in alignment with your deepest values and aspirations. Our Purpose training program equips you with the tools, insights, and mindset shifts necessary to lead a purpose-driven life. Whether you're seeking greater fulfillment in your career, relationships, or personal endeavors, this program empowers you to live authentically and make a meaningful impact in the world.

Meet your trainer

At the kickstart of your 3-6 week skills development program, you will follow a webinar delivered by Sarah Cherif, founder and CEO of SkillsGym. Here are a few things you might like to know about her:

Sarah's background

Sarah began her career at the University of Ghent with degrees in child education and philosophy, quickly realizing her passion for teaching. Faced with the challenge of helping seasoned leaders develop soft skills without any prior corporate experience, she turned this disadvantage into a strength by creating evidence-based, sure-proof plans to build strong soft skills through habit formation and impactful conversations.

Personal life

Sarah's roots are Belgian and Tunesian, and she partially grew up in Washington DC. She currently lives in Belgium with her partner Nils (who is co-founder of SkillsGym Health), and has a dog named Lizzy.

20+ years of impact

Together with her SkillsGym team, Sarah has helped numerous world-class organizations like Samsung, Deloitte, Ikea... and thousands of managers and their teams improve their soft skills. SkillsGym now offers programs to accelerate the mastery of 50 essential leadership, team and well-being skills.

Fun fact

Sarah tests all the habits and conversations in the SkillsGym offer herself; that's more than 200+ habits and 200+ conversations. Most of them have become second nature. Yet, as you'll learn in the webinars, she isn't shy to talk about the failures and frustrations along the way.
