Why you should follow this program

Personal branding is an invaluable skill in today’s world. It gives you a sense of who you are and how you want to be perceived, but also because it allows you to stand out among the crowd.

By knowing how you want to portray yourself, and what makes you different from your classmates and competition, it will allow an employer, client, or another stakeholder to quickly identify how you meet their needs. It provides a platform for selling yourself—to show what sets you apart from other candidates and why your skill set is so relevant for the position at hand.
Your brand should be built on your core values, interests, technical skills, strengths, leadership accomplishments, and personal traits.

Define Your Purpose

Embark on a journey to uncover your Ikigai, the Japanese concept of purpose. Gain profound insights into your passions, talents, and values, aligning them for a more fulfilling life. The program introduces #6KeyHabits, seamlessly integrating Ikigai into your daily routine, fostering focus and a sense of accomplishment through Morita and Flow principles.

Cultivate Year-Round Focus

Discover the power of a one-word theme to guide your decisions and priorities throughout the year. Learn to avoid the Arrival Fallacy and stay centered using insights from James Loehr. This program empowers you to embrace a One-word Theme, providing a compass for a more intentional and directed life.

Transform Weaknesses into Strengths

Explore the Core Quadrants model by Daniel Ofman to understand the connection between your shortcomings and strengths. Not only does this training promote personal growth, but it also encourages you to support colleagues in their self-improvement journey. Foster a collaborative culture by enhancing self-awareness and assisting others in maximizing their potential.

The Power of Focus for a Unique Personal Brand

Craft a compelling personal brand by focusing on your strengths, values, and purpose. Integrating Ikigai, intentional living, and self-awareness, this program guides you in creating an authentic brand that truly represents who you are. Uncover your distinct qualities and learn effective communication to not only build a powerful personal brand but also lead a purpose-driven and satisfying life.

Master the skill of personal Branding

Build the skill, by mastering the sub-skills first.

Meet your trainer

At the kickstart of your 3-6 week skills development program, you will follow a webinar delivered by Sarah Cherif, founder and CEO of SkillsGym. Here are a few things you might like to know about her:

Sarah's background

Sarah began her career at the University of Ghent with degrees in child education and philosophy, quickly realizing her passion for teaching. Faced with the challenge of helping seasoned leaders develop soft skills without any prior corporate experience, she turned this disadvantage into a strength by creating evidence-based, sure-proof plans to build strong soft skills through habit formation and impactful conversations.

Personal life

Sarah's roots are Belgian and Tunesian, and she partially grew up in Washington DC. She currently lives in Belgium with her partner Nils (who is co-founder of SkillsGym Health), and has a dog named Lizzy.

20+ years of impact

Together with her SkillsGym team, Sarah has helped numerous world-class organizations like Samsung, Deloitte, Ikea... and thousands of managers and their teams improve their soft skills. SkillsGym now offers programs to accelerate the mastery of 50 essential leadership, team and well-being skills.

Fun fact

Sarah tests all the habits and conversations in the SkillsGym offer herself; that's more than 200+ habits and 200+ conversations. Most of them have become second nature. Yet, as you'll learn in the webinars, she isn't shy to talk about the failures and frustrations along the way.
