Why you should follow this program

Time is the one thing we cannot buy. Learn how to gain 30% more time by applying the most effective evidence-based habits from productivity methods like the Getting Things Done method. More than 90% of people experience regular anxiety caused by a lack of control, organization, preparation, or targeted action. This feeling of overwhelm is multiplied by the exponential number of messages, meetings, interactions, etc. that we encounter daily. Good time management enables you to work smarter - not harder - so that you get more done in less time, even when time is tight and pressures are high.

Reclaim 30% More Time

Unlock the power to gain 30% more time in your day. Time is invaluable, and with our program, you'll learn evidence-based habits, based on the Getting Things Done method, to streamline your tasks, ensuring you make the most out of every moment.

Experience a life free from the overwhelming stress caused by a lack of control and organization. Over 90% of individuals grapple with anxiety due to the daily deluge of messages, meetings, and tasks. Our program empowers you to take charge, providing a structured approach to tackle challenges with ease.

Work Smarter, Not Harder

Learn to optimize your efforts, accomplish more in less time, and thrive even in high-pressure situations. Efficiency is the key to achieving your goals without burning out.

Master 3 Essential Sub-Skills

Our program isn't just a theoretical approach; it's a practical guide to building essential sub-skills. Capture all your to-do's, always spot your next action, and establish a systematic approach to email processing. Elevate your productivity with actionable techniques inspired by methods like Getting Things Done and the Eisenhower Technique.

Master the skill of operational time management

Build the skill, by mastering the sub-skills first.
After the kick-start webinar, you will practice building tiny habits (so small you will have no reason not to do it) in the workflow or in your personal life. You will build this skill habit-by-habit, conversation-by-conversation, focusing on 3 sub-skills.

Sub-skill 1

Week 1 - 2

Capture all your to do's

Capture all your open tasks at this moment, take them "out of your head" and organize them into a reliable and organized system.

Sub-skill 2

Week 3  - 4

Always spot your next action

Build the habit of proactivity, by keeping one simple question top of mind throughout your day: "Is there any action required?"

Sub-skill 3

Week 5 - 6

Have a system for processing emails

Apply the 4D method, and reflect on the process with a colleague/your team.

Meet your trainer

At the kickstart of your 3-6 week skills development program, you will follow a webinar delivered by Sarah Cherif, founder and CEO of SkillsGym. Here are a few things you might like to know about her:

Sarah's background

Sarah began her career at the University of Ghent with degrees in child education and philosophy, quickly realizing her passion for teaching. Faced with the challenge of helping seasoned leaders develop soft skills without any prior corporate experience, she turned this disadvantage into a strength by creating evidence-based, sure-proof plans to build strong soft skills through habit formation and impactful conversations.

Personal life

Sarah's roots are Belgian and Tunesian, and she partially grew up in Washington DC. She currently lives in Belgium with her partner Nils (who is co-founder of SkillsGym Health), and has a dog named Lizzy.

20+ years of impact

Together with her SkillsGym team, Sarah has helped numerous world-class organizations like Samsung, Deloitte, Ikea... and thousands of managers and their teams improve their soft skills. SkillsGym now offers programs to accelerate the mastery of 50 essential leadership, team and well-being skills.

Fun fact

Sarah tests all the habits and conversations in the SkillsGym offer herself; that's more than 200+ habits and 200+ conversations. Most of them have become second nature. Yet, as you'll learn in the webinars, she isn't shy to talk about the failures and frustrations along the way.
