Why you should follow this program

As a leader of a hybrid team, you’re probably used to juggling different types of work and people. But how do you deal with the challenges that come with it?
It's best to anticipate these challenges, because hybrid teams often go through cycles where people change their working environment from remote to co-located and everything in between, and with every transition, new challenges are sure to arise.

Here are some common symptoms of disconnection and confusion:
Is everyone on the same page? Does everyone know what they're supposed to be doing? Are there any unanswered questions?
Do people feel like they have enough autonomy and flexibility in their work? Or do they feel too constrained by rules or policies?
Are there small (or big) cracks showing up in the team identity and sense of belonging? Do people feel like they're part of one group or another—or maybe not part of either group at all?
Have you experienced that with a sense of autonomy and flexibility, there is also the risk of losing focus and direction? Maybe there's just too much freedom—people aren't staying focused on what matters most.

Challenge Conventional Workplace Norms

In the realm of hybrid team leadership, it's crucial to break free from outdated workplace beliefs that may impede progress. Our program empowers you to challenge these norms effectively, fostering an environment of innovation and adaptability. By reevaluating traditional beliefs about work dynamics, such as rigid schedules or office-centric mindsets, you gain the flexibility and insight needed to optimize team performance in a hybrid setting. Embracing change becomes second nature, allowing you to lead your team with confidence into the future of work.

Infuse Purpose into Daily Operations

Finding purpose in daily tasks is fundamental to driving motivation and achieving meaningful results, particularly within hybrid teams. Our program guides you in cultivating a deep sense of purpose in both yourself and your team members. By understanding how each task contributes to larger goals, you foster a cohesive team culture driven by a shared vision. This sense of purpose not only enhances engagement but also fuels productivity, enabling your team to consistently deliver exceptional results regardless of physical location.

Prioritize Holistic Wellbeing

In the fast-paced world of hybrid work, prioritizing the wellbeing of team members is paramount for sustained success. Our program emphasizes the importance of holistic wellbeing by fostering open dialogue and support beyond work-related goals. By setting non-work goals for everyone on your team and actively following up on them, you create a supportive environment where individuals feel valued and cared for. This holistic approach not only strengthens team cohesion but also cultivates a culture of empathy and resilience, ensuring the long-term success and happiness of your team members.

Stay Ahead in a Changing Landscape

As the future of work continues to evolve, proficiency in leading hybrid teams is becoming increasingly essential. Our advanced training program equips you with the skills and strategies needed to stay ahead of the curve in this rapidly changing landscape. By investing in your development now, you position yourself as a forward-thinking leader capable of thriving in any professional environment. Meet your trainer

At the kickstart of your 3-6 week skills development program, you will follow a webinar delivered by Sarah Cherif, founder and CEO of SkillsGym. Here are a few things you might like to know about her:

Sarah's background

Sarah began her career at the University of Ghent with degrees in child education and philosophy, quickly realizing her passion for teaching. Faced with the challenge of helping seasoned leaders develop soft skills without any prior corporate experience, she turned this disadvantage into a strength by creating evidence-based, sure-proof plans to build strong soft skills through habit formation and impactful conversations.

Personal life

Sarah's roots are Belgian and Tunesian, and she partially grew up in Washington DC. She currently lives in Belgium with her partner Nils (who is co-founder of SkillsGym Health), and has a dog named Lizzy.

20+ years of impact

Together with her SkillsGym team, Sarah has helped numerous world-class organizations like Samsung, Deloitte, Ikea... and thousands of managers and their teams improve their soft skills. SkillsGym now offers programs to accelerate the mastery of 50 essential leadership, team and well-being skills.

Fun fact

Sarah tests all the habits and conversations in the SkillsGym offer herself; that's more than 200+ habits and 200+ conversations. Most of them have become second nature. Yet, as you'll learn in the webinars, she isn't shy to talk about the failures and frustrations along the way.
